Dishonesty and Rudeness reign at Heppe's Auto Body. If you want to be charged $400 for having your car towed 15 miles, then call Heppes. If you want to be called 'Stupid' by the owner, call Heppes. The owner refused to give us our belongings from the vehicle unless we gave him the money or the title. He refused to give us a towing bill and also a receipt for the title which we signed over to him to get our property out of the vehicle.
