On December 29, 2008, I asked to have my account upgraded to faster internet. They supposedly have a package for $5.00 that includes more HDTV channels. They sent me an agreement to sign but there is no explanation as to what signing does to me. At Verizon FIOS, no-one cares, I sit on the phone on hold for hours.
