Just like the rest of BellaClear ripped-off customers, I was raging at the same exact experience they all went through...They start counting your 10-day trial period on the day you placed your trial kit and in transit...It reached me after 5 days of placing it. Dec. 24, 2008, and charged my credit card Dec. 31...I sure complained and argued with a certain Gerry on the their Customer Service but he vehemently claimed that it was clearly indicated online that the trial period starts on the day you signed-up for the trial kit...What a rip-off!
