Dear sir, I Viresh Kumar Chaudhary, my car Zen Esitlo No. RJ 14CE 3256 which I had purchased on dated 7.11.2007 and I finance from ICICI Bank (C-99, Shree Jee Tower Subash Marg, C-Scheme). I continually give EMI without penalty from Oct. 2008 but my car had stolen on dated 21.09.2008 and then I paid my last EMI on Oct. 2008. I also claim National Insurance Company and my claim passed on dated 30.06.2009, I received cheque of amount Rs. 3, 39287.00 in the name of ICICI Bank. I also enclosed the copy of the cheque.
