I ordered 3 burner knobs, at $67 each, for my Viking cooktop and received part of the knob, which was completely useless. I contacted the company 4 times to try to get the additional pieces. The person on the phone promised to call back but never did. I subsequently got the knobs for $6 each. United Part Supply charged a 900% mark-up and only sent part of the knob.
