I called the 800 number to cancel and ask for a refund for 4 upopened bottles I plan to send back to them and was told never mind by a lady named Ella. That because of something under their Terms and Conditions they will not refund my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor only to be told that there was not one at that location. When I asked her if her supervisor was at the Better Business Bureau, she told me yes. And that I should call there. But then she kept telling me about their Terms and Condition statement and so that cleared them from having to refund my money. read full review »
