I have recieved unaurtherized billings from this company. They will not reverse charges even after I called to state that I would never order a service of this type, I do not even answer my phone messages unlees I know who is calling. I believe they are using PHC to hide the fact that they will take any address given from PHC to bill unspecting users for thier services. This is the kind of fraud the government needs to address. read full review »
