I intended to order a dog door from Ideal Pet Products. I accidentaly left off one letter and ended up at www.idealpetproduct.com. The website looked so professional and had all the right products, that I didn't even realize I wasn't at the right site. It has been a month since I placed my order and three weeks since the funds were removed from my account and I still have not received my dog door (which should have been shipped via UPS).
