I cannot tell someone when and where to shop. I can simply tell of the experience that we have had with this pawn shop. My first experience with this pawn shop was December 2008. I went in to buy a digital camera for a X-mas gift. Christmas Day the camera would not work. I went back into the pawn shop to exchange it for one that did. When I went back into the shop, they told me that the camera was not bought there. They went on to tell me that they had never sold a camera with that serial number.
