I made a 178.04 payment for my bill on June19, which covered it through july. On monday june 22 my cable was turned off . When I called charter they told me that work was being done in my area that it would be back on by 11:00am. when I called again after 1:00pm they told me that my bill was not paid. I LOOKED AT MY BANK STATEMENT ON LINE a DEBIT HAD CLEARED THE BANK ON JUNE22.
