They altered & hemmed 2 pairs of my jeans. Over the phone they agreed to fix the bad hem job, they declined to do the right thing when I got back to the shop. They said it looked fine while it most certainly did not (the bottom edge of of jeans should be a straight line, not an undulating wave). Then they accused me of wasting their time.
