Since the beginning of our business relationship, Outerbox Solutions, Justin Smith, in particular has been unethical, rude and deceptive. He charged me $5000.00 for a website we verbally agreed I would have control of, own, and hold the certificate. Instead, he set my upscale site onto an antiquated version of Candy Press. I have no control over making changes as we agreed, I cannot send out newsletters or receive reviews. When I made my first complaint in Aug.
