When you try to cancel this product you'd better make sure you get ALL of the information including date, time of call, who you've spoken to, cancellation number and if possible record the conversation. These people don't hear you the first time you call to cancel and keep right on charging you. I think the charges come out of your account at 12:01 am. on the 15 day after you order.
