Lowering of credit limit than not even 2 months later raising interest rate to 29.99 percent. Payment was credited to wrong account and almost daily phone calls, even after payment has been made. I cannot understand the people I am speaking, and I don't believe they can understand me. Apparently, the only english the know is "would you like to schedule a payment now", nevermind the fact, I had just made a payment 1 or 2 days prior.
