We purchased our wedding rings at Gordon's Jewelers only a year and a half ago and the white gold bands have turned yellow and are pitting. We have returned them twice to be "dipped" in rhodium, but they continue to turn and while I understand that white gold can turn somewhat, this is extreme. We have gone back to speak to the manager but not only will they no longer "dip" them, they will not offer a solution either. I am deeply sadden that the rings we are to wear for the rest of our marriage and are so important look so bad. Please do your homework and go to a reputable company which will stand behind their merchandise. read full review »
