same story as the other people who made complaints: you are put on hold for 45- 90 minutes, then you are disconected. then given a web address to e-mail your complaint. You'll recieve an answer in 24-48 hrs. Never happened. Yet they continue to charge your card for 39.95--44.94, and you recieve nothing. I even refused the 1st shipment. Still I have no reimbursement, from all that was ordered it was a free sample with only a $4.95 shipping charge. Well the next step is to go to the Attorney General, I Will.
