I sit and read all of these complaints and shake my head, as my family has been a victim of each instance! Missing money from escrow, how about $5800! Needless to say no-one in any of the departments we were transferred to repeatedly could tell us where exactly it went. Ahh yes, and an insurance claim. We had some pretty serious water damage to our bathroom, and they had an adjuster come out who stated it'd be a short time to receive the claim check.
