I was charged $72.21 when it was supposed to be $1.00. I never knew they were going to charge me a monthly fee of $72.21 for access charges. I called them & they said they would be refunding my money as soon as I sent them the disk back. I sent it & still no refund. It's been a month now & I can't get hold of anyone to find out where my money is. I want my money back. read full review »
