Hello, I would like to report a very rude representitive from your GE Bank. His name is Richard Stevens/Stephens whom I spoke with last night, July 16th, regarding a statement I received. I have a balance from the Linens and Things Store which went bankrupt and gave our or my account to this bank. I do apologize for the incovenience but I received my bill yesterday and was a little upset because I received a late charge. I called the number on the bill to discuss this matter.
