Really bad customer service. I ordered a LCD TV from them, was in contact with them twice and was told everything was fine. Then on the day it was supposed to be delivered they call and tell me they don't deliver to Pittsburgh... ten days after I ordered. So I wasted a huge amount of time that I could have ordered from another vendor. Sounds fishy. Why wouldn't you just set up your website so you cant order from areas that you don't deliver to. Simple stuff. Frustrating and a waste of time. Even if I could use them geographically, I would not use them again. read full review »
