Seriously. I’ve never been more disappointed and angry at a company than I am with DIRECTV. I have lost my temper, The first couple month since I had it I've been having a problem with my connection, I couldnt figure it out, the customer service cant help either the only way is to bring a tech to fix it and I end up having $ 100 on the bill for that, during the bad weather I couldnt watch the show that I want, always problem with signal .
