Is there ANYONE who actually gets a Sears service person during the early part of the ridiculous 4-hour service window they force you to accept? We were given a 1pm to 5 pm service hour window for repairs to our Kenmore clothes dryer. At 5:25 pm the serviceman finally showed up. No advance call to say he was going to be delayed, no nothing!
