Lifted my 1994 Corvette to repair a tire. Position the jack in the wrong location and bent the undercarriage. Local store refuse to accept responsibility. Sears shop were the only shop to jack my vehicle after purchase. I was told by the manager at Sears that the damage was not visible and the car drove ok, what's the big deal? Contacted customer service with email on 2 different times, promise that someone would contact me in two business days, never happen. Finally I received an email stating no action was going to be taken. The manager ask for an estimate for the repair and no action followed. read full review »
