this is the worst company to deal with. THey have a slick website and ordering is easy. Last year I ordered a few items... both took ages to arrive and one arrived first without the CL badge on the arm. THe next item arrived a week later. When I asked where my items were, I got some excuse that they want to serve the customers asap so they send part of orders. What nonesense... when I complained that I had a missing badge...
