I paid in full on my credit card $469.00 to Nation Wide Home Warranty. I had an electrical problem with my pool sweep. I could not reach a live person for over a week. I spent hours on the phone, emailed them endlessly. Finally, they sent out Certified Pool of Stockton, Ca. He collected $60.00 from me and said they told him I needed to pay $60.00 more for an electrician. I have now spent 120 minutes on the phone and still can not reach them.
