D R HORTON
I purchased a D.R. Horton ome in December 2008 in Birmingham, Al. I can NOT get D.R. Horton to back up their warranty. Many of the warranty issues have been the same issues since I moved into the new construction house. I've talked to some of my neighbors in the Cotswolds and they seem to have similar stories. D.R. Horton blames everything on their contractors...well, guess who hired them...not me!

Hhgregg / A&E Warranty
I purchased my first, only, and last Maytag product, a refrigerator in December 2008 from hhgregg. The door is not closing correctly so on July 9, 2009 I called their warranty repair service, A&E, for service. They told me the first available date for service was July 17, 2009 and I could select between the hours of 8-12 or 1-5. I chose 1-5.
On, July 17, 2009, at 12:15 I recevied a call from Celeste of A&E advising that they would ahve to cancel and rechedule my appointment because my appointment had been "FORCED" on them... read full review »
