We bought a Serta Vera Wang pillow top mattress set in October 2008 and it began sagging within the first week. The furniture store where we purchased it replaced it with another exact mattress. Within days, it did the same thing. When we complained to Serta, they said someone would come check it out, but they never have (today is July 17, 2009). They told us over the phone that what we were experiencing was probably just "normal indentations".
