Hail damage to our home required two estimates be made to the insurance company. We were supposed to get the estimates and send them to our company personally. That is how we wanted to do this so we could compare the estimates and quality of materials to be used and then we could decide on the company we wished to use. Home Pride Representative told us we were now out of the loop and that the insurance company would get the estimate and they would decide who we went with.
