Jan 2 purchase garage door opener w/Sears Credit Casrd. 2 hrs later decided to have Sears install Called the number on sales slip. Order taken - told I would hear from installation people . No call. Same day called same # to ensure order was in process since I hadn't heard within time I was told. No record of my order.
