I purchased a pair of earrings in the fine jewelry dept. in the Rock Hill store. I loved them...unfortunately the clasp broke the first time that I wore them. I tried to return them to the store (I had the receipt) and was told by a very rude clerk that I needed the small tag that was attached to the earrings to return them--even with my receipt. I was not told at the time of purchase that I would need this tag, only the receipt! She was so rude and made me feel like I was trying to scam her.
