I did the same thing. Ordered flowers for my mother and finace's mother. However since we were charged the first month at the same time I sent in the required forms to get my shipping back, (that was their claim, to refund any and all shipping charges), I never got that $15 refunded to me. I emailed them to cancel my membership and they emailed back saying it was done. LIARS!!! I have since found two more charges. I am going to be reporting them. Erica read full review »
