The owner of this company leads with false pretence. He will give you an estemate and allow you to believe that you will have 3 generations of experience doing your floors. He may even lead you to believe that he will be personally involved in the process. You will see that he will show up in the begining, collect his deposite, and be on his way. He will have his underpaid employees, and sometimes under age, do the work for him. He does do some work himself, but not the hard stuff.
