Capitol One calls my cell phone but the call can't be answered becase it can only be rejected, not answered. I called the number in the ID nd tell them that I don't have an account with Capital One, and please remove my number and place my number on the do not call list. They say they will, but the just change the number they are calling from and continue the annoying calls. read full review »
