Spent over $550 on Itouch plus Best Buy extended 3 yr warranty. Within two months of purchase Itouch began losing its charge. Tested other peoples charges. Still a problem. After 7 months, brought to Best Buy with warranty. They said they sent it in with Geek Squad. Called me to tell me that there was liquid damage, therefore could not be fixed and further they were cancelling my purchased warranty!!
