ASC - Needs a wake up call. WE SHOULD FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. My parents' loan was sold to them two years ago. They are hard to reach, one department doesnt know what the other is doing. The refuse to send you to a manager to lodge a complaint or say there isnt one available. My parents had great credit and was placed in a high interest rate (because of their age, so the broker told them), during a time when interest rate were between 5 - 6.5%.
