I registered and was approved for the free flight program. The date to book travel was extended to June 17, 2009. I called at 9:00 a.m. that day and was told "all circuits are busy, call back later". I continued throughout the day (perhaps 40 to 50 times and received the same message) I never made contact. At 4:00 p.m. I called again for the 50th time and I was put on hold (your call will be answered in the order it was received). I was on hold for 61 minutes and my cell phone went dead.
