tried to make "free on line payment". Attempted to sign on as a new user, entered account number and then I get an Error page that says I must call to activiate; tried calling customer service and would get cut off after entering the account number. This happened numerous times. This is how they make their extra money..because they charge you $10.00 for each check by phone; I feel someone should look into all the complaints that are filed against this company. read full review »
