We have conducted our business correspondence on AOL for over 14 yrs as PAYING customers! Recently, we found we could not sign in. After calling "customer service" we were told our account had been "closed for violations", and that our "recourse" was to SEND A LETTER (send a letter???) to an address in VA. and wait 10-15 days for them to contact us! We sent a letter -paid express mail, signature required - 5 days ago and have heard nothing. Attempts to contact any viable person (i.e., legal dept.) have been unsuccesful... read full review »
