They overcharged me for dsl and would not cancel the account (2 yrs) and kept charging me. I signed up for Fios and they made promises when I signed up and would not honor them. I spent 3 hours today 5-4-9 and nothing was resolved - they kept transferring me and putting me on hold. They promised to get all this resolved when I signed up for Fios but they did not. read full review »
