I received this so called free vacation that cost me 345.00 it was charged on my account. I was told i had up to 2 years to book. I just called for the 50th time and finally got someone to talk to me. this is a truly a scan. The person that called me back, alled from Panama City, Centro america - 507 314 4101- I was surprise to see that number on my calle ID since I was born in Panama myself. I was told that I needed to pay another 49.00 for the reservations. Nowhere did i see that or someone informed me of this before. Each reservation you make is a different fee.
