On line offers not honored when you check in. We accepted the Hotels on line offer for April Bed & Breakfast with the 3rd night stay free, When we checked in they refused to give us the breakfast coupons but told us we would have the third night free. When we checked out they refused to give us the 3rd night free. There was no thermostat in the room so we froze. We constantly lost internet and call reception even on the overpriced Hotel computers.
