I was offered by WaMu Bank's credit card with a low interest rate few years ago. WaMu now is taking over by Chase Bank. I lost my job last year and cause my financial difficulty. I recently just got a job. I had one time late payment in March, Chase Bank increase my interested charge to 29.99%. I called the customer service and the rep was very rude to me. She basically told me this is their new policy and she can't help me for that. She then hang up without further explanation. This is like a "Loan Shark" now. Bank with a 30% interest...
