This company has become one of the many businesses trying to scam consumers in the middle of a recession. For many years their home warranty "standard option" covered nearly everything. When its time to renew your warranty, their customer service reps hound you with repeated calls trying to get you to renew. They tell you that "EVERYTHING IS STILL THE SAME."
