I received charges of $9.99 per month on my Alltel billing statement from Too Lazy Alerts. I did not subscribe to anything from this company. When I called Alltel to have charges removed, they directed me to phone 1-800-510-1468 to. I called this number and was unable to speak with a human regarding this matter. The recording directed me to Toolazy.net where your only option is to e-mail with your request. I sent two e-mails to the correct address and both times received error messages. I was able to unsubscribe, but cannot find any way to request refund or credit to my mobile account for the charges I did not incurr. read full review »
