I booked a trip and cancelled less than 24 hours later and was advised that although it was not their policy, they would allow my request for cancellation. They have $684.00 of my money and refuse to refund or issue a credit. They simply want to keep my money. I would strongly suggest that you don't book with these cheats. read full review »
