I lost my phone. My insurance, which costs $5.00 per month plus a $50 deductible, was supposed to cover lost phones. So, I called Asurion. When the Asurion call center operator asked me when I lost my phone, I honestly told her I wasn't sure, but that I had contacted Verizon twice in the past month and was told the second time I needed to contact Asurion.
