After speaking with Cricket about a Laptop Modem I purchased the unit. I received the unit in about 4-5 days and attempted to activate it but to no success. It was during a busy Tax season, I tried repeated times but could not get it to work. I called Tech support on several times but never could get anyone after waiting approx a hour.
