The fax that I sent them with the account info to send my distribution to had appearantly gotten smudged in the transmission. so instead of calling me to verify the numbers they made an assumption and sent my distribution to the wrong bank. This has happened twice since I enrolled with them. The first time it happened I had to track down the money, and tell them where it went. read full review »
