Do not believe anything they say regarding a new service, after 6 weeks of calling them to see why my DSL service was held up they gave me a lame excuse, as they did my neighbor, then another 2 weeks have gone by after they promised the service within 4 days. To find out another neighbor had similar problems just changing a business line to residential. They are all talk and absolutely no action! read full review »
