Ordered a kid's bunk bed on 2/9. Their website said delivery in 2 weeks. Furniture was finally delivered on 5/16, but was missing a key component. Voicemail and email messages have not been returned. Bed was unusable without the missing parts. Ultimately had to buy the missing parts from another retailer. Very unprofessional operation. I recommend avoiding this business. read full review »
